Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment – No fee applies.
Cancellations made within 48 hours – 50% of the consultation fee applies.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend without notice – 100% of the consultation fee applies.

Where applicable:

Any prepaid amount may be retained, and/or
An invoice may be issued for the outstanding balance.

Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sloane Naturopathics.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your consultation will conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. The full consultation fee will still apply.
